In 2004-2006 Martin Sommerdag studied FILMTRAIN an international movie and film director education in Germany where he graduated with his critically acclaimed documentary DEAD MAN SINGING - available on Amazon.com
Martin Sommerdag is currently (2011 to present) working as a videoproducer at SmartGuy A/S a high fashion online company where he has the daily responsibilities of making catwalkfilms, special webisodes and other online videos. He has developed special video styles like street- and paparazzi catwalks for different designer brands.
In the summer of 2011 Martin Sommerdag made a horror related documentary about the German bunkers along the Danish west coast - THE UNKNOWN BUNKER available on Amazon.com.
In the start of 2011 Martin Sommmerdag was attached as a promo producer for the international company RICE, where he made several videos and stop-motion animations designed for commercials on instore-TV, websites and mobil phones.
He also produced a promovideo for Myanmar in cooperation with The Danish Refugee Council and RICE.
He has also produced political web-commercials for different candidates running for the Danish Parliament in 2011.
In 2010 Martin Sommerdag finished his unique horror trilogy THE THIRD PHASE which is about an electrician who suddenly disappears in a basement near a military base in Denmark. THE THIRD PHASE - available on Amazon.com
In 2008 Martin Sommerdag directed the scary 8mm short film EBOLA WARNING which he claims to be top secret authentic film footage from a concealed and hidden ebola outbreak in 1978. EBOLA WARNING has already participated in both New York- and Los Angeles Film Festival.
In 2005 he was attached to the Danish Television (DR) and the talent workshop by Drengene Fra Angora where he produced a various of short productions.
In 2004 Martin Sommerdag was the mastermind behind the shocking filmproject www.not4cops.dk where people could download free film footage of various crimes shown from the criminal point of view, but it was all a big hoax.
Martin Sommerdag has also studied Film/TV, Visual art, Creative Media and Media & Communication the movie- and TV line and has written and directed lots of independent movies.
